To provide Lean Six Sigma introduction training that teaches students the fundamentals of how to see process waste (Muda, Mura, and Muri), assess process efficiency, and employ tools for the elimination of process waste according to the renowned 14-principles of Lean Management.

To provide Lean Six Sigma Green Belts with quality tools and statistical tools that are indispensable to run projects of greater complexity and that have a greater impact on the overall organization’s performance.

It's essentially an introduction to Lean Six Sigma - which will be approximately 4 hours.
