The first time I failed at transforming a business process into a world class operation, I swore I would “never let that happen again.” It did. But the second failure wasn’t as bad as the first, and so it went. At some point my successes outpaced my failures ten to one. 

Today, businesses continually demand improvement to strive and survive. So, how can we make business processes better, faster? What skills do our people and teams need to get positive improvements fast? 

My capabilities to see opportunities for improvement fast comes from 35 of experience as a practicing Black Belt. Over the years, I’ve worked in quality control and quality assurance, engineering, and manufacturing leadership and global operations management.

I’ve been the single-point-of-accountability on the Space Shuttle Main Engine, produced in excess of two-hundred million dollars in productivity savings, and completed more than two-hundred-fifty improvement projects in various industries including consumer goods, medical devices, engineering and project management, manufacturing and services, on three continents. 

I have personally conducted Lean Six Sigma training for more than five-hundred students.I founded ExcelerationPRO with one question in mind: How can someone without years and years of trial and error be effective in getting immediate improvement for their business process?That’s where ExcelerationPRO comes in.
